Prayer times for Hyderabad (Sindh)
These namaz timings are calculated for Hyderabad (Sindh), Sindh, Pakistan, at 25.3960° N, 68.3578° E. Hyderabad (Sindh) keeps Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5; time zone Asia/Karachi), and Pakistan does not currently change its clocks in summer. Times are worked out on your phone for each date with the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi method (Fajr and Isha at 18° below the horizon) and Hanafi Asr, the school followed by most Muslims in Pakistan.
Because Hyderabad (Sindh) lies 6.6° west of the 75.0° E meridian on which PKT is based, the sun crosses the local meridian about 27 minutes later by the clock than it does on that meridian, so Zuhr here averages about 12:27 PM across the year. During 2027, Fajr is earliest around 7 June (4:06 AM) and latest around 14 January (5:54 AM), while Maghrib moves between 5:36 PM in November and 7:21 PM in June. The longest day of fasting, from Fajr to Maghrib, is about 15 h 14 min in June and the shortest about 11 h 55 min in December. The seasons move the times noticeably, but less than in the far north.
Hyderabad in Sindh, on the east bank of the Indus, is Sindh's second-largest city — not to be confused with Hyderabad in India, which has its own page. For jama'at, follow your local masjid's timetable.
